Throughout the program, you will partner with experienced professionals and senior leaders. You will also receive mentorship and structured development support, and gain exposure to modern technologies. These technologies include Power BI, Power Platform, Python, and Generative AI. The program also provides a foundation for future career opportunities in finance, analytics, digital transformation, and leadership roles.
You will work in a hybrid model with office in Katowice and report to the relevant business leader during each rotation.
