IT Business Analyst ( Italian Speaking )

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an experienced IT Business Analyst on behalf of our client.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders across various departments to analyse processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver impactful IT initiatives. You will play a key role in driving business efficiency through process optimisation, system enhancements, and automation projects.

Your Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Analyse business operations and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Develop process maps and functional specifications.
• Recommend and implement technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for assigned business areas.

Project Delivery

• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to define project requirements and objectives.
• Support the planning, implementation, and successful delivery of IT projects.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions meet agreed business requirements and quality standards.

ERP & Business Applications

• Develop expertise in core business systems and processes.
• Identify system gaps and areas for enhancement.
• Support the continuous improvement and optimisation of ERP and other business applications.
• Assist in testing new developments and system upgrades.

User Support & Training

• Provide first and second-line support for business applications.
• Investigate and resolve system-related issues.
• Deliver training and guidance to end users.
• Support software quality assurance and security compliance activities.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• MQF Level 6 qualification in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business & IT, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Business Analysis, ICT, or related role.
• Experience in business process automation, software implementation, and IT project delivery.

Technical Knowledge

• Fluency in Italian.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience with process mapping methodologies.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and business applications.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional software development approaches.
• Understanding of manufacturing, logistics, finance, HR, sales, or marketing processes will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge of reporting solutions, databases, and business intelligence tools.
