The Ad Experiences Fleet aims to unleash the magic of Disney by leveraging cutting-edge creative tools and fostering creative innovation to craft captivating, interactive ad experiences that deeply resonate with consumers and deliver superior value for our advertisers while enhancing the viewer experience to maximize revenue.
Job Summary:
As part of our team, you’ll develop and own systems that enable rapid prototyping, testing, and validation of interactive ad formats with real viewers and advertisers—fueling innovation and revenue growth across our CTV platforms. These experiences are then integrated into creative platforms also owned by the Fleet leading to new ad experiences available to all ad tier users.
As a P3 (Sr Product Development Engineer I) of our team, you will apply your knowledge and skills to help us deliver scalable, performant, maintainable, and testable software.

Responsibilities:
• Designing, implementing, and testing fullstack solutions to various engineering problems in a high-throughput, low-latency microservices environment.
• Enhancing systems’ observability with proper metrics, monitors, and alerts.
• Reading and understanding product user stories, and then translating them into actionable tasks for both frontend and backend components.
• Taking ownership of one or more of the team's domain areas.
• Understanding and using automated tools (AI) while adhering to company policy. • Available for On-Call rotations based on the team’s escalation policy and support schedule.
Basic Qualifications:
• BS or MS in Computer Science / Engineering or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Demonstrable analytical / problem-solving skills.
• Great communication, collaboration skills, and a strong teamwork ethic with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with: SpringBoot or similar web services frameworks, Cloud platforms (such as AWS), Modern DevOps tools (such as Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes), Microservice architectures, Front end technologies and frameworks (such as Node, React, NextJS, Express, Typescript, Tailwind)
