Assistant Community Manager

Hourly non-exempt position

***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 408-unit luxurious apartment community in Richardson! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

• At least one year of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be available to work on the 4th day of each month when it falls on a weekend, as well as other weekends and hours as needed.

Work Days: Monday – Friday, weekends as needed.
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Sun 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
