- Commercial Property Management Experience
- Commercial Lease Administration / CAM Knowledge
- Common Area Maintenance (CAM) experience is critical.
- Experience managing multiple commercial properties.
- Strong budgeting and financial management experience.
- Experience overseeing vendors and operational performance.
- Financial management.
- Operational oversight.
- Commercial tenant relations.
- Ownership reporting
- Experience managing commercial real estate, retail, office, industrial, or mixed use properties
- Strong understanding of leases, property operations, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable working both in the office and in the field visiting properties throughout Oahu
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with property owners and tenants
- Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects
- Coordinate vendor services and negotiate proposals when needed
- Monitor property financial performance, budgets, and operating expenses
- Review lease obligations, scheduled rent increases, renewals, and other key milestones
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain property standards
