As an AI‑Driven Business Finance Analyst, you will work at the intersection of data, performance, strategy, and applied AI — not just analysing the numbers, but building the tools and automations that change how finance operates. You'll combine financial insight with hands‑on engineering and AI skills to drive efficiency, scale our analytical capabilities, and create long‑term value. You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders in an environment that values learning, ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

In this role you'll

• Analyse financial and business data to evaluate current and future performance, and design AI‑assisted models and workflows that make this analysis faster, deeper, and more predictive.

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities with accurate, well‑documented insights, applying machine learning and AI techniques to improve forecast accuracy and automate repetitive preparation.

• Review expenditures and operational efficiency to identify improvement opportunities, using AI to surface patterns and anomalies that manual review would miss.

• Monitor costs and revenues, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities through automated dashboards, alerting, and AI‑generated narrative insights.

• Translate analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders, and prototype AI tools (e.g. assistants, copilots, scripted automations) that put those insights directly into decision‑makers' hands.

• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and profitability by re‑engineering finance processes around AI and automation rather than incremental fixes.

• Collaborate with colleagues — finance, data, and engineering alike — to support a positive, inclusive, and innovation‑minded team culture.

We'd love to meet you, if…

• You have experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting within a business environment.

• You bring an engineering, software development, or AI/data‑science background — for example coding (Python, SQL), building automations, or working with machine learning, LLMs, or AI tooling.

• You are comfortable working with data and translating it into clear business insights, and into working tools and models.

• You can communicate financial and technical topics clearly to non‑finance and non‑technical stakeholders.

• You are curious about AI and excited to apply it pragmatically to real finance problems.

• You enjoy collaborating across disciplines and contributing to shared goals.

• You take ownership of your work and are open to continuous learning in a fast‑evolving AI landscape.

• You are organised, analytical, and attentive to detail.

• You don't necessarily meet every requirement but are motivated to grow into a finance‑plus‑AI hybrid role.
