Day to day as a Housekeeper

As a Full-Time Housekeeper at Four Winds Manor, Inc., you will engage in a physically demanding role that requires continuous standing and walking, along with frequent balancing and reaching. Your responsibilities may involve occasional crawling, kneeling, climbing, and lifting items up to 50 pounds, necessitating a strong grasp of proper body mechanics. The ability to work under stressful conditions is essential, as is the emotional stability to manage the mental and emotional challenges that may arise. You'll encounter potential exposure to infectious diseases, as well as patient behaviors that can be verbally or emotionally challenging. Adhering to our dress code, which includes scrubs and closed-toe footwear, is mandatory.

Additionally, this position requires flexibility to work every other weekend and rotating holidays, ensuring that you contribute consistently to the well-being of our residents.
