Description
Join a team that builds projects with purpose. RQC, LLC is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead our self-perform crews on commercial construction projects at in Hurlburt Field, Florida and surrounding military installations. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile Department of Defense projects while earning Davis-Bacon prevailing wages.
As the Sheet Metal Foreman, you'll lead the daily activities of sheet metal crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll oversee the fabrication and installation of ductwork, air distribution systems, and HVAC equipment while coordinating field operations to keep projects on schedule.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $51.00 - $53.00

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical coursework in HVAC, construction management, or a related field is a plus
- 2+ years of experience as a Sheet Metal Foreman
- 3+ years of journey-level sheet metal experience in commercial, industrial, or facilities construction
- Military, government, or large commercial construction experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certifications (training available if needed)
- EM-385 and STS certifications (training available if needed)
