Your Role

As a Senior SAP MDG Consultant, you will lead master data transformation projects and help clients build scalable, future-ready data governance frameworks.

You will:

• Deliver SAP MDG implementation, optimisation, and transformation projects.
• Design solutions across Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, and custom MDG objects.
• Define governance models, workflows, validation rules, and data quality processes.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Advise clients on improving data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Drive innovation through:
• SAP Business AI for intelligent data quality checks and decision support.
• AI-assisted data classification and enrichment.
• Machine learning for duplicate detection and anomaly identification.
• Intelligent automation of data creation and approval processes.
• SAP BTP extensions and data intelligence solutions.
• Lead workshops, solution design, client presentations, and knowledge sharing.

Your Profile

• Several years of SAP MDG consulting experience.
• Proven experience delivering SAP MDG implementation or optimisation projects.
• Strong understanding of master data governance and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience with MDG domains such as Business Partner, Material, Customer/Vendor, or Finance.
• Knowledge of workflows, validations, data modelling, and replication frameworks.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, automation, or AI-driven data solutions is advantageous.
• Fluent German and English.
