What You’ll Do as an Automotive Sales Associate
- Deliver an unforgettable, world-class car-buying experience from the moment customers arrive.
- Match customers with the perfect Honda, Mazda, Buick, or GMC vehicle using expert product knowledge and the latest automotive technology.
- Guide guests through seamless test drives, presentations, and financing.
- Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
- Hit (and exceed) personal and team sales goals in a high-energy, supportive environment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, inventory, and promotions.
Who We’re Looking For
- Sales or customer service experience preferred — but not required. We invest in great people and provide elite training.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine passion for cars and helping people.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) — a big plus!
Ability to commute to Brickell (Miami, FL 33130) is required.
