Human Resource Generalist - Full Time 

Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital, stand-alone, not-for-profit hospital located in Ste. Genevieve, MO, that focuses on personalized care. Our 25-inpatient bed facility is a Medicare 4-star rated and is ranked in the top 1% nationally for Patient Safety, Quality, and Efficiency. What to expect as a Human Resource Generalist:

• Provides HR services in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: benefits administration, employee relations, leave of absence management, onboarding for providers/leaders, general HR customer service and orientation
• Planning and coordination of special events promoting employee recognition/engagement
• Routine salary administration
• Processes unemployment and workers compensation claims 
• Maintains employee records in a manner that is compliant with regulatory bodies as well as consistent with organizational standards  
• Assist with all aspects of the talent acquisition and employment process, from initial application and onboarding through employee separation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a Human Resource Generalist role
• Prior experience in healthcare human resources preferred
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
