As a BDC Service Manager, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting our Service departments. Your role will be key in keeping operations smooth and customers happy.

 

What You’ll Do:

Connect with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to schedule appointments and follow up

• Maintain and organize our customer database
• Stay up-to-date on Audi product info, promotions, and pricing
• Help convert leads into loyal customers with your positive attitude and excellent service
• Coordinate schedules and keep things running like a well-oiled machine
