Compliance Consultant
The Compliance Consultant role will primarily support the enterprise Conflict of Interest process. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualifications:
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Effective communication and conflict management abilities
Self-motivation and initiative
Excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Solid understanding of the healthcare environment
Prior experience managing Conflict of Interest matters is not required; however, it would be highly beneficial. The individual in this role must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality. This position will support both care delivery and payor functions across the health system.
The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have experience engaging with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence two to three days per week, as well as attendance at required on-site meetings throughout the year.

Education
- Bachelors Level Degree (Required)
Certification/Licensure
- OHCC (Office Healthcare Compliance) , AIHC or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)
Experience
