Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for banquet events according to menu specifications and quality standards

- Collaborate with the banquet and culinary teams to ensure timely and efficient service

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations

- Assist in menu planning and ingredient preparation for large-scale events

- Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as necessary

- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures

- Support inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of shortages

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a banquet cook or similar role in a hospitality setting

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Culinary certification or relevant training preferred
