Job Description

1. 供应商开发，根据公司需求，负责寻源，建立合格供应商清单。

Supplier development, responsible for sourcing and establishing a qualified supplier list based on company needs.

2. 成本管理，负责物料报价、议价、核价。

Cost management, responsible for material quotation, negotiation, and pricing. 

3. 进度管理，物料计划协调、管理，满足公司需求。

Progress management, material planning coordination, and management to meet company needs.

4. 商务管理，负责签署供应商合作协议。

Business management, responsible for signing supplier cooperation agreements.

5. 月度对账，负责每月供应商对账。

Monthly reconciliation, responsible for monthly supplier reconciliation.

6. 能够识别原材料是否符合GP要求。

Capable of identifying whether raw materials meet GP requirements.

7. 安全管理，收集并更新量产原材料RoHS &卤素、VOC等第三方检测报告、不使用禁用物质保证函、REACH等环境相关资料。

Safety management, collecting and updating third-party testing reports on Rohs halogens, VOC, and other production raw materials, non-use of prohibited substances guarantees letters, REACH and other environmental related information.

8. 建立和保持长期供应商关系，推动供应商服务，持续改进成本、质量和交货水平。

Establish and maintain long-term supplier relationships, drive supplier services, continuously improve costs, quality, and delivery levels.

9. 完善采购业务流程。

Improve the procurement business process.

10. 紧密与CS、计划、仓库沟通协作，保证材料的及时到货。

Close communication and collaboration with CS, planning, and warehouse to ensure timely delivery of materials.

11. 同sourcing、QA合作，完成供应商的考核。

Collaborate with sourcing and QA to complete supplier assessment.

12. 上级分配的其他工作。

Other tasks assigned by superiors.
