1. 接听客户服务中心之来电及处理客户要求
2. 安排技术人员到场维修
3. 负责整理文件及资料输入等工作
任职要求：
1. 大专毕业或以上程度
2. 欢迎应届毕业生及无相关经验者
3. 操流利广东话，英语能作基本沟通 （听说完整的英文句子）
4. 良好的沟通和人际交往能力
5. 熟识电脑操作(包括Excel、Word…)及中文输入法
6. 富责任心、诚实、积极、有礼貌
7. 需轮班 (包括通宵班)
