What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising and leading a team of Demand Planning Specialists responsible for monitoring and analyzing customer demand and forecast entries while resolving order parameter violations.
- Overseeing the forecasting process to ensure accurate, data-driven results
- Optimizing inventory levels across facilities to support customer needs while maintaining inventory goals
- Analyzing data to lead continuous improvement efforts in the forecasting process
- Identifying, discussing, and solving inconsistencies within raw EDI transmissions and Kinetic behavior
- Collaborating with teams to ensure inventory with business and customer goals
- Supporting resolution of inventory discrepancies and challenges
- Building engaged and empowered teams
- Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 4-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration/Management or another relevant field (preferred)
- In lieu of 4-year degree, a 2-year degree in a relevant field with equivalent work experience (required)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor in a variety of settings
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced inventory management skills including forecasting
- Building and sustaining a healthy team and culture
- Continuous Improvement application and/or leadership
- Experience with Epicor ERP system
