Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is looking for a Material Handler to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will support production and warehouse operations by receiving, staging, moving, and organizing materials throughout the facility. This position helps ensure materials are available when needed, inventory is accurate, and production can continue moving safely and efficiently.
Work Authorization:

Your Responsibilities:
- Unload and stage inbound shipments.
- Break down shipments and verify materials for accuracy.
- Put away product and materials in designated locations.
- Pull orders and deliver materials to production areas as needed.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Support shipping, receiving, warehouse, and production needs.
- Maintain accurate material movement and inventory records.
- Keep warehouse and production areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Communicate material shortages, damaged product, discrepancies, or other concerns to leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Shift:1st Shift Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
You Must Have:
- Previous warehouse, material handling, shipping, receiving, inventory, or related production experience.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and material movement.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements Within This Position:
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
- Frequently required to move throughout the facility.
- Constantly handles products, materials, and equipment.
- Regularly moves materials, including lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying items up to 25 pounds or more.
We Would Also Prefer:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, printing, distribution, or warehouse environment.
- Previous forklift experience.
- Experience with inventory control or warehouse management systems.
