Job Description

Field Service Engineer:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing onsite and remote technical support to customers, ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of Philips equipment.

Your role:

• Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, upgrades, repairs, and installations on Philips equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures.

• Respond to customer escalations and technical concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

• Maintain accurate and complete service documentation through ServiceMax and other Philips systems.

• Submit service reports, worksheets, expense reports, and administrative documentation accurately and on time.

• Ensure compliance with Philips quality processes, safety standards, and training requirements.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronic, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field, with at least 4 years of experience supporting healthcare technologies in hospital or clinical environments.

• Experience supporting diagnostic imaging equipment, preferably CT (Computed Tomography), MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), or related modalities.

• Strong customer-facing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.

• You have intermediate English skills, including the ability to read and understand technical manuals and service documentation.

• You are available to travel within Argentina.

• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred but not mandatory.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
