  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, emphasizing technical quality, safety, and on‑time performance.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, including substation design, physical/electrical engineering, system protection, SCADA/communications, and civil/structural contributors.

  • Manage subcontractors and external partners, ensuring work products meet technical specifications and project requirements.

  • Facilitate design reviews, technical work sessions, and project check‑ins to maintain alignment across teams and resolve engineering challenges. Monitor project performance metrics - including design progress, engineering quality indicators, and cost/schedule variance and recommend corrective actions as needed.

  • Support business development activities, including the preparation of proposals, cost estimates, work plans, and client presentations.

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

  • Experience with change order management, schedule creation, and budget tracking/forecasting

  • Ability to prioritize work while working on multiple projects
