THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is looking for a Sales- Structuring Executive Director based out of Madrid.

We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for the End to End of Back leverage transactions either non recourse or partial recourse format.

Professional Experience

• 10+ years of experience in structured finance, structured credit, real estate finance, trading, origination and underwriting across EMEA.

• Strong track record in structuring and executing complex financing solutions for institutional clients.

• Proven ability to originate, structure, negotiate and manage transactions with a disciplined risk framework and strong focus on execution quality.

• Experience leading teams and working closely with trading, sales, syndication, legal and risk functions in large international institutions

Education

• Master in Finance or equivalent

Languages

• English (Required)

• Spanish (Preferred)
