What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed conditions and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions, and support visitor, vendor, and delivery processing in accordance with location guidelines.
• Observe workplace conditions and operational activity to help to identify potential hazards, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns within the manufacturing location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience OR 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
