Description
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of drafting/design experience in the structural field
- At least 1 year of Revit experience
- Preference of experience in light manufacturing facility design
- Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures
- Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam
- Should have and display strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communications with department members and higher management
- Perform 3D modeling in Revit.
- Assist in creation of contract drawings

- The position can be remote or near the client's office. Remote position is justified because the role does not require client- and contractor-face-to-face interaction, and coordination on the project is already executed remotely.
- Conversion after six months would be ideal.
