SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
In this role you will drive organizational development initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, and HR governance. You will also lead company culture, employee engagement, events, and CSR initiatives to reinforce organizational values and improve the overall employee experience.Responsibilities:
Specialist:
Design and update organizational structures, reporting lines, and role clarity.
Manage and maintain job catalog and job descriptions for new and revised roles.
Conduct workload analysis to optimize resource allocation.
Lead succession planning, talent review cycles, and high potential programs.
Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees and create targeted development plans.
Lead the end-of-the-end promotion cycle across the organization.
Conduct annual workforce planning aligned with business strategy.
Develop monthly manpower planning and headcount reports.
Prepare executive-level HR reports and board presentations.
Handle hiring and internal move data preparation for approval processes.
Update all organizational and position changes in HRMS.
Oversee all HRMS data cleaning activities and maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the system.
Manage job rotation full cycle based on business needs.
Manage HR audit readiness and documentation control.
Lead the development and end-to-end execution of HR culture, employee engagement, corporate events, and CSR initiatives aligned with the organization’s values and business priorities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, or HR operations.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in organizational structure design, job descriptions, manpower planning, and succession planning.
- Ability and enthusiasm to plan and coordinate employee events, culture initiatives, engagement activities, and CSR programs.
