If you're passionate about solving tomorrow's biggest challenges and creating products that redefine industries, we'd love to have you join us.

Your Impact
As a Marketing Program Manager, you will play a critical role in executing integrated marketing programs that accelerate awareness and adoption of Outshift's emerging technologies. You'll partner across product marketing, creative, digital, legal, and go-to-market teams to deliver product launches, webinars, campaigns, and operational initiatives that support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and brings both operational excellence and data-driven decision-making to every project. Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Lead cross-functional marketing programs, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment for product launches, campaigns, and key initiatives.

  • Own the end-to-end execution of Outshift's webinar program, including planning, platform management, live event moderation, and post-event reporting.

  • Manage marketing operations by administering tools, workflows, automations, resource planning, and campaign tracking to improve team efficiency.

  • Analyze and communicate campaign, webinar, and website performance metrics, providing actionable insights for stakeholders and quarterly business reviews.

  • Coordinate cross-functional approvals, vendor relationships, and additional marketing initiatives to ensure successful delivery across content, digital, paid media, and web programs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing program management, product marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or event/webinar production.

  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously while driving execution and meeting deadlines.

  • Experience using marketing and collaboration platforms such as Airtable, Jira, Confluence, ON24, or similar tools.

  • Experience analyzing and reporting marketing campaign, webinar, or digital performance metrics using reporting or analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting product launches in a technology, SaaS, or startup-like environment.

  • Proven experience producing virtual events or webinar programs from planning through post-event analysis.

  • Experience implementing workflow automations or AI-enabled solutions to improve marketing operations and team productivity.

  • Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and marketing technology platforms.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, web content management, campaign reporting, and cross-functional go-to-market execution.
