Job Overview
To provide high quality training to the employees of the UCA department. This position will provide training to all employees, whether new to the company or cross training into a new role. This individual will use the Marvin values to provide a high level of customer service, patience, and support to those needing the training.
The Manufacturing Trainer is responsible for delivering technical and tactical training of hourly product and non-product builders (production team members). Training will occur at the job station and will assist employees learning a new role in the department.
Highlights of your role
- Train employees on job processes on the production line
- Drive employment success by serving as a mentor/coach of current employees during execution of training plan
- Provide support and information to operations leadership on employee progress
- Utilize materials produced by the learning and development team when appropriate.
- Identify and assess training needs of operations staff by conferring with leadership
- Read visual and written instructions on a computer
- Operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble product
- This individual will work production roles if there isn’t a need for training at the time.
- Other job duties as assigned

- Thorough knowledge of assembly process within the department
- Bi-lingual preferred
