Job Summary
Ensure the implementation of human and materials means of quality required in due time, to ensure the checking of passengers and luggage in accordance with the instructions and procedures of the costumers and respect of the standards of quality, safety and security. Ensure compliance with SPT and Company procedures and represent Swissport Morocco and costumers to passengers and airport authorities.
Your activities
- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISE THE FLIGHTS HANDLED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE WHILE TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE REQUIREMENTS OF SAFETY, MINIMUM TURNAROUND TIME, ECONOMY, AND IMPECCABLE SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS:
- Review the daily program of the airlines customers in comparison with the forecasted program in order to ensure the creation of flights, the treatment of the specialties and the smooth management of the teams and the required means on D-1;- Anticipate and prepare all necessary arrangements for an optimal coverage of the area of commitment.- Control the presence and appearance of the staff and readjust the number of staff according to theneeds;- Provide briefing to inform and orient staff for the day's operations and events;- Assigning counters according to the number of flights and boarding rooms in coordination with ONDA- Control the regulation of the personnel at the check-in, boarding and arrival areas;- Participate in the regulation of passenger flows at the check-in counters and at the immigration counters;- Provide assistance, support and advice to employees in critical situations.- Ensure the smooth running of the passage activity in coordination with DM ;- Supervise and coordinate the services rendered in the best conditions of comfort while respecting the standards of SWISSPORT and the specific instructions of the assisted companies.- Take all necessary actions to minimize the consequences of commercial incidents of operating irregularities;- Communicate to the Station Manager in case of serious irregularities with passengers, employees, providers or Airlines compagnies and this within the respect of the applicable procedures;- To establish the Report of its vacation to the Duty Manager as well as on the SOR;- To take the necessary step back, in order to detect and then analyze the operational dysfunctions and finally propose corrective measures to the DM;- Maintain good relations and close contact with the airport authorities and representatives of the assisted companies- Always take and never disassociate fom the responsibility as a representative of the customer Companies;
- ENSURE THE MANAGEMENT OF THE TEAMS:
- Ensure the presence of the staff at work and the respect of the schedules;- Provide daily briefings/debriefings to staff- Distribute the work of his team according to their skills and ensure the quality and efficiency of the execution of the tasks requested;- Ensure compliance with the team's dress code;- Ensure discipline and good manners for his team and the Swissport premises;- Ensure the proper application of procedures, standards, rules, or efficiency control;- Leave the instructions to the next team so that the work can continue;- Develop employees' skills by giving them the required responsibilities and competencies;- Encourage participation, exchange of views and dialogue within the group;- To ensure the adequate training of its collaborators according to their capacities and competences;- Recognize and promote employees with leadership potential;- Transmit knowledge to his team and to new recruits;- Promote a friendly work climate and encourage team spirit.

-Support the implementation of the Safety Management System and the Quality System according to ISO 9001 Standards;
-Report any event related to non-compliance of the Safety Standards to the QHSE
Your profile
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education- Bac +2 or Equivalent
- EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 to 4 years experience as Passenger Services Lead Agent
- SKILLS / COMPETENCIES
- Arabic/English/French/Others- Written and verbal communication skills- Above-average ability to work under pressure- Ground operations skills- Ability to think and act in a dynamic and innovative way- Action & solution-oriented capacity- Personal and professional integrity of the highest order- Ability to follow processes and procedures and apply flexible approach when required
