Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Team Management & maintains an environment of cohesiveness among the team members.
- To work closely with cross functional teams based out of North America.
- Ensure end to end control over the Billing & entitlement.
- Drive Process improvement & standardized documentation
- Robust sense of accountability & capacity to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Identify potential gaps in the existing process & devise proactive measure to correct it.
- Candidate is required to work in 3:00PM-12:AM IST
Core Skills:
- 5+ years of experience preferably in international BPO/KPO
- Strong Interpersonal ability to effectively communicate (Both written & verbally)
- Knowledge of data analytical tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Good command over advance MS-excel
- Knowledge about NCR systems (Preferred)
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduation & Above
- Formal vocational or technical certification
