Description
- Degree in engineering or related discipline with demonstrated experience in offshore greenfield development. MBA or a postgraduate degree in Economics or Finance is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of the development project lifecycle (FEL 1–3, FID, Execution) and stage-gate assurance.
- Proven interface and stakeholder management across multi-discipline and multicontractor environments.
- Minimum 5-10 years' of upstream experience in E&P industry.
- Strong leadership skills, highly motivated and organized.
- A self-starter with ability to multi-task.
- Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivator and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Malaysian candidates are preferred.
