Visión general y principales funciones
Estamos buscando Administrador de Contratos para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Con sede en Ciudad de Santiago de Chile, reportando al Jefe de Servicio al Cliente, usted será responsable de la gestión y control de contratos y proyectos adjudicados por la compañía, integrando a cada área de la empresa para el cumplimiento del suministro al cliente.
Principales Responsabilidades
- Gestión y control de contratos y proyectos adjudicados por la compañía, integrando a cada área de la empresa para el cumplimiento del suministro al cliente.
- Realizar un análisis crítico de cada contrato y proyecto, revisando que las condiciones y cláusulas concuerden con la aprobación del DOA, además de las condiciones de precio, cantidad y entrega.
- Garantizar la realización de Kick-off meetings para cada proyecto con las áreas involucradas y el cliente.
- Liderar el seguimiento de cada proyecto con las áreas responsables para su correcto suministro.
- Mapeo y comunicación directa con el personal del cliente involucrados en el proyecto (Activador, Calidad, Logístico, financiero).
- Alineación de los timing del proyecto con lo informado en cada Forecast (backlog).
- Revisión de cláusulas de ofertas para contratos específicos.
- Gestionar ingreso de documentación en los portales de cada cliente.
- Asegurar el correcto cierre de los proyectos y/o Contratos
- Participar activamente en el proceso de Definición y Ajuste del Contrato previo a su firma para asegurar que no existan conflictos en la ejecución.
- Garantizar un Dossier / Documentación Interna con todos los documentos y soportes de la ejecución.
- Generar y gestionar KPIs de la ejecución del contrato para compartir de forma interna y con el cliente.
- Además gestionará cartera de clientes claves.
¿A quién buscamos?
Buscamos un trabajador con las siguientes habilidades:
- Profesional en Ingeniería o ingeniería civil.
- 2 a 5 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados.
- Microsoft Excel.
- Conocimiento en Gestión de Proyectos y/o Contratos.
Overview and Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team.
Based in Santiago, Chile, reporting to the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and controlling contracts and projects awarded to the company, coordinating all relevant business areas to ensure successful customer supply fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control contracts and projects awarded to the company, integrating all relevant business areas to ensure customer supply fulfillment.
- Conduct a critical analysis of each contract and project, ensuring that the terms and conditions are aligned with the approved DOA, as well as with agreed pricing, quantities, and delivery conditions.
- Ensure that Kick-off Meetings are conducted for each project with the involved departments and the customer.
- Lead the follow-up of each project with the responsible areas to ensure successful execution and delivery.
- Establish and maintain direct communication with customer stakeholders involved in the project (Expeditor, Quality, Logistics, and Finance).
- Align project timelines with the commitments reflected in each Forecast (backlog).
- Review quotation clauses for specific contracts.
- Manage the submission of documentation through customer portals.
- Ensure the proper closure of projects and/or contracts.
- Actively participate in the Contract Definition and Adjustment process prior to contract signing to ensure there are no execution-related conflicts.
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of a Dossier/Internal Documentation package containing all project execution records and supporting documents.
- Develop and manage contract execution KPIs to be shared internally and with customers.
- Additionally, manage a portfolio of key customers.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a professional with the following qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in related positions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Project Management and/or Contract Management.
