Citi is looking for a Senior Analyst, Wealth Client Segmentation Strategy at the Vice President level to shape and deliver client segmentation strategy for the Citigold and Citi Priority Client (CPC) segments within Citi's Wealth business. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of segmentation strategy, technology, operations, and client coverage — coordinating cross-functional initiatives across proposition, platform, product mix, and pricing to drive net new assets, client growth, and revenue. This is an opportunity to bring genuine subject matter expertise to a role with wide-reaching impact across a high-priority segment.
Responsibilities
- Drive client segmentation strategy for the Citigold and CPC segments, coordinating initiatives across proposition design, platform development, product mix, and pricing to deliver competitive and commercially sound client offerings.
- Own P&L accountability for the segment, with a focus on key performance indicators including net new assets, client growth, and revenue generation.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across technology, operations, and coverage teams to bring strategically aligned client solutions to market on time and within budget.
- Partner with global and regional product teams to develop and refine go-to-market approach and end-to-end delivery models for the Citigold and CPC segments.
- Collaborate with Finance to evaluate investment cases, and monitor revenue, expenditure, and benefits realization throughout the product and proposition lifecycle.
- Gather and synthesize client feedback, develop structured action plans to address key themes, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
- Monitor competitive activity, emerging market trends, and new technologies to inform segmentation positioning and strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 6 to 10 years of experience in banking or financial services, with direct exposure to client segmentation, product management, business analysis, or related functions.
- Ability to analyze data, systems, and business requirements to support segmentation decisions and cross-functional delivery.
- Demonstrated capability to manage workloads independently, prioritize competing demands, and deliver high-quality outputs consistently to deadline.
- Developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence colleagues across functions and engage external counterparts where required.
- Sound commercial awareness, with the ability to connect segmentation and product decisions to P&L outcomes including net new assets, client growth, and revenue.
- Clear understanding of risk, compliance, and control obligations, with the judgment to escalate issues appropriately and uphold regulatory and policy standards.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as business, finance, or a related field.
- Experience working on multi-year product or business transformation programs.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools or emerging technologies in a financial services context.
- Prior exposure to wealth management products or client segments such as Citigold, Citi Priority, or equivalent high-net-worth offerings.
What We Offer

This role offers the scale, resources, and senior visibility to make your work matter — alongside genuine investment in your development and long-term career at one of the world's leading financial institutions.
- A hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely, giving you structure and flexibility.
