Your role
The Project Lead is responsible for driving the successful delivery of Corpay Complete integration projects by partnering with Business Analysts, Engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into executable delivery plans. This role owns integration sprint management, project coordination, backlog planning, and delivery accountability across multiple integration initiatives.The Integration Delivery Manager collaborates closely with Business Analysts to understand and refine requirements, ensures work is appropriately prioritized into the integration roadmap and sprint backlog, and leads sprint planning and execution activities with engineering teams. The role serves as the central coordination point for project timelines, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and delivery outcomes.
Success in this role requires strong project and sprint management capabilities, cross-functional leadership, technical understanding of software integrations, and the ability to drive alignment between business needs and engineering execution to deliver high-quality integration solutions on time.

What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Project Lead within our Accuralify division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located onsite in Nagpur, India. In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of Corpay Complete integration projects by partnering with Business Analysts, Engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into executable delivery plans. You will report directly to Director India Operations and regularly collaborate with Engineering teams.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Driving the end-to-end delivery of Corpay integration initiatives
- Partnering with Business Analysts to understand, refine, and prioritize integration requirements
- Translating business requirements into actionable sprint work items
- Owning the integration backlog, sprint planning, sprint execution, and delivery tracking
- Coordinating with engineering teams on estimates, dependencies, blockers, and execution plans
- Leading sprint ceremonies, including planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Tracking deliverables, milestones, timelines, and overall project health
- Acting as the primary point of accountability for integration project outcomes
- Managing stakeholder communication, status reporting, and risk escalation
- Ensuring cross-functional coordination among Product, Business Analysis, Engineering, QA, and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience
- Strong project and sprint management capabilities
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple software integration initiatives from planning through delivery
- Technical understanding of software integrations and the engineering delivery lifecycle
- Ability to translate business requirements into prioritized, actionable sprint work
- Experience managing integration roadmaps, backlogs, sprint planning, execution, and delivery tracking
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Business Analysis, Engineering, QA, and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers, and escalations
- Excellent stakeholder communication, status reporting, and facilitation skills
- Strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes
- Ability to align business needs with engineering execution to deliver high-quality integration solutions on time
