Job Description:
This job is responsible for the delivery of a portion of the overall marketing strategy in the form of a portfolio of small to medium programs, capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include owning or supporting marketing operations including performance, risks and controls, production audits/exams/maintenance, and content management. Job expectations include owning day to day relationships with key business partners, solving moderate to complex business problems and independently driving strategic marketing improvements and solutions.
Lead the evolution of our digital experiences to maximize visibility across search engines and emerging AI- and LLM-driven experiences. This role serves as the strategic bridge between business objectives and AEM platform capabilities, ensuring content, page structures, components, and authoring experiences are designed to improve discoverability, relevance, and AI readiness. The role partners across Marketing, Technology, SEO, and agency teams to define requirements, guide platform investments, evaluate migration opportunities, and shape the future of AEM. This individual will help determine what experiences belong on the platform, what capabilities are required to support them, and how AEM should evolve to support changing search and AI consumption behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategy for improving content visibility across traditional search platforms and emerging AI/LLM experiences.
Translate business objectives into AEM platform, content, component, and technical requirements.
Partner with SEO, Technology, and agency teams to define requirements that improve structured content, metadata, page hierarchy, crawlability, and AI discoverability.
Establish standards and best practices for building pages and experiences that can be effectively understood, surfaced, and cited by LLMs.
Evaluate new migration and enhancement requests to determine strategic fit, business value, and platform alignment.
Assess existing AEM capabilities and identify opportunities to leverage, enhance, or build new components.
Guide solution design, requirements review, UAT, and implementation activities.
Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on AEM capabilities, AI discoverability requirements, and marketing processes.
Drive platform governance and decision-making to ensure sustainable platform growth and adoption
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of marketing campaign management or project management experience
Self-motivated, positive attitude with proven ability to independently manage aggressive deadlines, complex approval processes, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills; strong relationship management skills
Understands the importance of corporate standards, procedures, and approval processes
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into clear objectives; able to evaluate ideas, prioritize initiatives, quantify benefits, and evaluate performance
Enterprise mindset; demonstrated ability to consider impacts across the organization and prioritize accordingly
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Product Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
