Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard - Concierge White Glove

 

Position: Security Guard - Concierge - White Glove

Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (Yorkville area)

Payrate: $26.85 per hour

Status: Full-time 

Shift: Swing/Rotational Shifts - Days, Evenings, Overnights. Rotational Swing Shifts (Mon,Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat & Sun )

 

Overview:

 

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard - Concierge - White Glove to support one of our premier luxury residential properties in Toronto's prestigious Yorkville area.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in luxury hotels, concierge services, front desk operations, guest services, private clubs, luxury residential properties, and other high-end customer-facing environments. We are seeking an individual who understands the importance of delivering a five-star resident experience while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, outstanding communication abilities, a polished professional appearance, and a passion for providing white-glove service. Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Concierge Security, Luxury Residential Concierge, Hotel Front Desk, Guest Services, Hospitality, or a similar high-end customer-facing role.
• Exceptional customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proven ability to provide a luxury resident and guest experience with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Candidates must maintain a professional appearance, polished demeanor, and positive attitude at all times.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, high-end residential properties, private clubs, or premium customer service environments is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems, access control platforms, and wireless technology.
• Must possess a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours per week.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Valid Driver's Licence is considered an asset.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Deliver a professional white-glove concierge experience to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Greet and assist residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage resident and visitor access while maintaining site security and adherence to building policies.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure the safety, security, and overall appearance of the premises.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and site staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Address resident concerns, inquiries, and service requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.
• Monitor building systems, cameras, alarms, and access control systems and respond appropriately to incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain a professional attitude toward training, emergency response procedures, and company policies.
• Support property management with administrative, operational, and resident-service-related tasks as required.
• Work collaboratively with the site team to maintain the highest standards of service, security, and professionalism.
