Your role

As an Entry‑Level Process Modeling Engineer, you will support the development, analysis, and maintenance of process models and digital twins used across our manufacturing network. You will work under the guidance of experienced engineers to build foundational skills in simulation, industrial processes, and data‑driven decision‑making.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist in developing basic process models and digital twins of manufacturing equipment and workflows.
• Support data collection, preparation, and validation for simulation studies.
• Participate in capacity analysis, bottleneck identification, and workflow mapping with supervision.
• Help evaluate material flow, resource utilization, and logistics using established modeling tools.
• Contribute to improvement initiatives by preparing reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to understand real‑world processes.
• Learn and apply modern tools including AI‑enabled analysis and simulation platforms.
• Document modeling activities, assumptions, and updates in standardized formats.

What you'll bring 

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with basic concepts in process flow or industrial systems.
• Interest in learning simulation and digital twin technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Preferred:

• Exposure to simulation tools such as Siemens Plant Simulation (Plant X)
• Experience with Python, MATLAB, or other scripting languages.
• Exposure to value stream mapping or operations analysis.

Education

• Bachelor’s in computer science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar and 1 + years of experience.

The minimum annual base salary for this position is €28,800. Your starting salary may be higher, depending on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and the unique perspective you would bring to the role. 

We carefully consider each candidate individually while also ensuring fairness and consistency across our organization.

In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a competitive (bonus and) benefits package designed to support your well-being, professional growth, and life beyond work.
