Smoker Property Management is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager to join our growing property management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing details, and helping prospective tenants find their next home.
In this role, you will support the entire leasing process—from marketing available properties and conducting showings to preparing lease documents and welcoming new tenants. You will also contribute to business development efforts and help drive occupancy across our portfolio. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, leasing commissions, and mileage reimbursement.
