Leverage our unique selling proposition to maximize hotel usage & grow revenue! Based in any city with a Drury Hotel, you will conduct sales activities related to selling our portfolio of 150 hotels in 26 states, including guest rooms and meeting facilities.
The Account Sales Executive will secure bookings & build relationships within the tour segment.
Responsibilities:
· Secure B2B bookings across our brand.
· Grow mid-tier accounts (3+hotels) with expansion potential.
· Develop new business within the tour segment.
· Manage RFPs, negotiate rates, and complete bids.
· Deliver exceptional communication internally & externally.
· Analyze trends, identify opportunities, & make data-driven recommendations.
· Utilize Drury resources and adhere to company procedures.
· Provide outstanding customer service.
· Travel up to 50%.
Requirements:
3-5 years B2B sales & account management experience (tour segment preferred).
College degree preferred (sales/marketing a plus).
Proficient in MS Office & communication (written & oral).
Strong time management & organization skills.
Intermediate sales knowledge & professional business practices.
