Recovery Specialist
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize advanced skip-tracing techniques in order to establish customer contact.
- Locate collateral utilizing all company tools and data sources.
- Identify accounts that require legal action
- Must be able to handle debt collection inbound and outbound calls.
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Adapt to change quickly with the needs of a growing company.
- Must comply with all State/Federal Laws and company policies

Qualifications:
- 1 year of relative experience preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Time management skills
- Follow written and/or verbal instructions
- Possess strong problem solving and negotiations skills
- Ability to display a high level of personal accountability and ownership of work performed
- Ability to thrive in a "team first" rather than a "me first" environment
- Proficient with Google Suites
- Be in good standing
