Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Location: Panoli

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Having maintenance experience of Rotating & static equipment involved in chemical/Agrochemical plants like all types of pumps , mechanical seal , reactor, gearbox , ANF/ANFD, ATFE,MSGL,pumps, blowers, pressure vessel, heat exchanger, rotary valve , screw conveyor etc. 

• Preventive maintenance / Predictive maintenance 

• Conditioned based maintenance – Familiar with various techniques – vibration measurement, laser alignment, NDT, UT, MPT, welder qualification. Level – II is added advantage. 

• Can do RCA ( root cause Analysis ) with various 

• Equipment Spare preparation and inventory control. 

• Computing skills to prepare Engineering Records, & Preparing Daily/Monthly Reports 

• Equipment Installation, Preventive Maintenance and updating Mechanical systems. 

• Having Knowledge of Different MOC Piping 

• Having Skill to Reduce down time by Proper Analysis. 

• Maintain safety standard & Safety rules in dept. 

• Maintaining, updating the Departmental documents and records  

• Maintain Environment related documents & adhere to policy for related activities. 

• Looking after Day To day Routine maintenance jobs 

• Job Planning and execution  

• Trouble shooting jobs 

• Effective Manpower handling 

• Having Knowledge of SAP , MS Office Excel and PPT

• Understanding of Mechanical Engineering and Safety Standards 

• Problem Solving Abilities 

• Attention to Detail  Strong Organizational and communication Skill 

 Required Skills:

BE – Mechanical with 3 to 5 years of Experience.
