Glass Plants - Forming Machine Maintenance Supervisor
Supervise, guide, and train personnel in the machinery maintenance department to follow the maintenance plan for the bottle forming machines in the glass bottle manufacturing plant (mechanical aspect), ensuring continuous production operations.
Glass Plants - General & Utility Maintenance Supervisor
Supervise, guide, and train maintenance personnel in the general maintenance department to ensure compliance with the maintenance plans for utility systems and factory repair tasks, enabling continuous operation of the glass bottle production line.
Job Description:
1.) Control and maintain production machine to get fully performance and follow PM plan
2.) Control and repair the machine according to job order and machine break down
3.) Control and improve parts of production machine
4.) Able to teach all knowledge of every system or to be a Key Instructure
5.) Create the plan that reduce the step and time of changing part
6.) Participate 5S activity in area of responsibility
Glass Plants - Forming Machine Maintenance Supervisor
1. Plan, oversee, and manage the maintenance of bottle forming machines in the glass bottle manufacturing plant (mechanical aspect) in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
2. Prepare spare parts within the area of responsibility to prevent any impact on the production process.
3. Prepare the annual budget, control departmental expenses, and manage the issuance of spare parts.
4. Carry out activities related to various ISO systems, GHPs, HACCP, 5S, and KAIZEN. 5. Carry out safety and environmental activities, inspect for unsafe conditions and actions within the factory, take corrective actions, and report to supervisors.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned
Glass Plants - General & Utility Maintenance Supervisor
1. Responsible for planning and overseeing maintenance activities for utility systems and general equipment, ensuring alignment with the scheduled maintenance plan.
2. Ensure sufficient spare parts are prepared for the machinery under responsibility to prevent any disruption to the production process.
3. Prepare the annual budget, control departmental expenses, and manage the issuance of spare parts.
4. Carry out activities related to various systems including ISO standards, GHPs, HACCP, 5S, and KAIZEN.
5. Conduct safety and environmental inspections, identify and address unsafe conditions and behaviors within the facility, take corrective actions, and report findings to management.
6. Serve as the responsible person for wastewater treatment systems, natural gas usage control, and factory air treatment systems to ensure compliance with legal and environmental regulations.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned
