R & R:
- Service Excellence Strategy
- Drive the IT service operational processes, compliance and continuous improvement to improve productivity, quality and customer satisfaction
- Get the training and apply the ITIL and IT service management in all Service Excellence initiatives to deploy services to the organization
- Support the creation and monitoring of release-related KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Business Unit Engagement
- Support the IT Service Excellence Organization to strength the partnership with the Business Units, by understanding operational needs, and ensuring IT services are align to current and future business priorities.
- Work with the Service Excellence leadership to prioritize the Business Unit requirements in the ITSM and Service Excellence initiatives
- Utilize the service governance and issue resolution processes, to drive service quality, performance, and accountability for the Bus
- Communicate upcoming releases, risks, testing outcomes, and operational impacts to Business Units.
- Release & Deployment Management
- Execute release planning, scheduling, and deployment of services, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Confirm that all components (applications, infrastructure, documentation) are tested and approved before deployment.
- Ensure rollback and contingency plans are in place for all releases.
- Collaborate with Change Management to ensure all service transitions comply with change control processes.
- Maintain the integrated Release Calendar, including dependencies with other projects, maintenance windows, and infrastructure updates.
- Review post‑release outcomes and drive corrective actions or improvement opportunities
- Service Readiness & Acceptance
- Validate operational readiness of services, including monitoring, support, and performance management capabilities.
- Obtain formal service acceptance from stakeholders before production deployment.
- Facilitate operational acceptance testing or service validation steps to ensure readines.
- What We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in service transition and service delivery, preferably in a global multi-site environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with different levels of mid management and stakeholders
- Strong skills in implementing Release & Deployment management strategies and Service Readiness & Acceptance Plans.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
