This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who values quality dentistry, exceptional patient care, and a collaborative work environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive oral examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions using current standards of care.Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental services, including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and removable prosthetics.Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care.Review radiographs, clinical findings, and medical histories to ensure appropriate treatment.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records.Collaborate effectively with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and administrative staff to provide an outstanding patient experience.Adhere to all OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, and California Dental Practice Act regulations.Participate in maintaining a positive, respectful, and professional workplace culture.Deliver patient care with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to clinical excellence.QualificationsActive and unrestricted California Dental License (required)Minimum 3–4 years of clinical experience as a general dentistExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to providing high-quality, ethical patient careComfortable diagnosing and performing comprehensive restorative and preventive dentistryStrong treatment planning and patient education skillsEmployment Details and BenefitsEmployment Type: Part-Time (W-2)Paid Time Off: Up to 40 hours of PTO per year.Supportive clinical and administrative teamModern technology and fully equipped operatories2-3 days per week; 8:30am -5:30pm, no weekends. CompensationFirst 90 Days: Competitive daily guaranteed rate ($800 - $850)After 90 Days: Percentage of adjusted collectionsWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for a dentist who is dependable, team-oriented, and committed to building long-term patient relationships.
