Success in this role means being able to take a complex event plan or maintenance task and execute it efficiently and flawlessly from start to finish without needing direct supervision, while remaining highly aligned and communicative with your colleagues. In addition to having an uncompromising eye for detail, cleanliness, and quality, success in this position depends on your welcoming disposition, proactive approach to projects, a desire to learn or apply maintenance skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
