Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate to join our fast-paced Accounting Department. This position will be responsible for managing monthly project billing for multiple Project Managers, collaborating with project staff and Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, and providing financial support through generating reports and analyzing data. Special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage their workload while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Training for the Accounting Associate position will require in-person attendance. Upon successful completion of training, a hybrid schedule may be established.
