  • Drive behavioral safety programs and reinforce accountability at all levels.
  • Lead incident investigations and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze safety trends and recommend improvement opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders regarding EHSS matters.

  • Ensure timely closure of findings, action items, and regulatory requirements.

Quality & Operational Support

  • Support site quality initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
  • Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action processes when applicable.
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and maintenance teams to drive performance improvements.
  • Support employee training and development initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness.

Relationships and People

  • Administration of the internal Achieve Learning Training System.
  • Responsible for validating training requirements, and develop new programs and modules to support the ongoing development of the site hourly employees.
  • Primary interface with Ingredion North America Talent Development network.
