What you will do:
- Set-up and execute experiments following established protocols (including but not limited to performing remodeling and bioconjugation experiments)
- Perform product purification by means of FPLC chromatography (including but not limited to SEC, IEC, ProtA)
- Execute product fill-finish and analysis (SEC, UPLC-MS, HPLC, SDS-PAGE, endotoxin testing)
- Process, analyze and document results in ELN
- Prepare high-quality production reports (in PowerPoint format) and product certificates (CoTs)
- Communicate results with internal stakeholders
- Provide general support to lab operations
- Adhere to company policies and quality & safety standards and observes regulatory and safety compliance in the laboratory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- Degree：BSc or MSc
- Field of Study：chemical biology, biochemistry, biomedical engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience with various protein purification and analysis techniques including SEC, IEX, affinity chromatography (protein A/L, Ni-NTA), SDS-PAGE, RP-HPLC and MS
- Experience with handling antibodies, including modification, purification and analysis.
- Familiarity with various bioconjugation chemistry techniques and preferably hands-on experience
- Strong commitment to laboratory work and project delivery
- Attention to detail and accuracy
