What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property staff while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a commercial real estate location.
• Serve as the primary front desk contact, greet and direct visitors, manage visitor access procedures, and maintain accurate entry records as required by site policy.
• Monitor lobby activity, access control systems, cameras, alarms, and/or communications equipment, reporting unusual activity or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, tenant or visitor inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence, communicate clearly with building personnel and Allied Universal leadership, and complete required logs and reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
