Description
Overview
Volunteers make an enormous contribution to our work at Change Grow Live.
Last year over 1400 volunteers donated over a quarter of million hours of their time to our organisation.
Would you like to join our growing team of volunteers, and make a real difference?
Responsibilities
With this role you’ll be working as part of our young persons team, based in Knowsley. The team supports people in their recovery from drugs and/or alcohol.
No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.
We will support you in this volunteering role by ensuring that you receive regular supervision and have someone on site who you can approach for day to day advice and guidance. In return for the time you give you will receive valuable training and gain experience and skills. You’ll be making a real difference too.
This is what one of our Volunteers had to say: “I like the team spirit I enjoy coming into work each day. I love seeing people make a real difference in their lives”
Our values are to be compassionate, open and bold. If this sounds like you we’d love to hear from you so click apply.
