The Position
The Global Digital Hub has been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.
The Content Marketing Associate owns the marketing content that Solution Marketing and the affiliates take to market, from brief to approved release. The role holds the product and portfolio content package end to end: customer presentations, sell sheets, sales playbooks, campaign content across the funnel, brand and retail content, and the content that supports solution and enterprise marketing initiatives. The holder takes a request from intake through drafting, adaptation, quality control, medical-legal review and release, and is accountable for what ships. They run the content approval workflow in Veeva Vault themselves and hold the compliance record for the assets they own.
The role works autonomously with minimal supervision inside the agreed content scope. The holder interprets the approved marketing strategy, the brand standards and the global templates, decides how a piece of content is built, sequences their own work, and approves content for release against the brand, medical-legal and quality standards. They diagnose root cause on recurring content and review problems, manage requester expectations on delivery and feasibility, and raise a scope change when a request falls outside the agreed scope. They act as the day-to-day content contact for the product lines and campaigns they hold, lead or contribute skills to projects and squads that extend the content services, and coach colleagues with less experience on the templates, the review process and the quality standard. They contribute with in-depth knowledge of content marketing to Solution Marketing decisions on what content is feasible, what it will cost in time, and what it will achieve.
The Opportunity:
- Own end-to-end content delivery: Lead marketing assets from initial intake through drafting, adaptation, and approved release, taking pride in high-quality execution.
- Translate complex science into compelling stories: Transform complex scientific and technical product capabilities into clear, engaging, and accurate commercial collateral, including customer presentations, sales playbooks, and multi-channel campaign assets.
- Navigate review and compliance workflows: Coordinate materials through medical-legal and regulatory reviews (such as Veeva Vault PromoMats), establishing audit-ready approval records and resolving reviewer feedback collaboratively.
- Drive multi-channel campaign alignment: Craft tailored B2B assets for clinical, laboratory, and enterprise decision-makers, or adapt brand and retail assets for consumer healthcare channels across diverse global markets.
- Prioritize and optimize content workflows: Sequence deliverables independently across concurrent initiatives, identifying root causes for review bottlenecks and continuously improving asset templates and standard operating procedures.
- Foster a culture of peer growth: Mentor and coach team members on content quality, review processes, and brand guidelines, contributing your expertise to cross-functional squads and service enhancements.
Who You Are:
- You bring a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical industry experience.
- You offer substantial hands-on experience (ideally 5+ years) producing B2B marketing collateral, multi-channel campaigns, or commercial sales enablement materials, preferably within a regulated industry (such as healthcare, medical technology, diagnostics, or life sciences).
- You possess proven experience managing content through formal review and approval platforms (such as Veeva Vault or comparable digital asset review systems).
- You communicate clearly and fluently in English, with the ability to build trust, align diverse stakeholders, and navigate feedback with diplomacy.
- You are a self-starter who thrives when given autonomy, balancing multiple priorities with structured organization and attention to detail.
In exchange we provide you with:
- Development opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources. We provide constant development opportunities, free language courses & training, the possibility of international assignments, internal position changes and the chance to shape your own career.
- Excellent benefits: Competitive salary and cafeteria package, annual bonus, Private Medical Services, Employee Assistance Program, All You Can Move Sportpass, coaching / mentoring opportunity, buddy program, team buildings, holiday party.
- Flexibility: We also support flexibility to help you find your balance. Home office is commonly available (typically 2 office days/week on average). We create the opportunity for freedom in working, where your corporate and private life coexist in harmony.
- A global inclusive community, where we learn from each other. At Roche, we cooperate, debate, make decisions, celebrate successes and have fun as a team. Our leadership is very focused on people, creating a strong, inclusive culture, so you always have the chance to share your opinion.
