What You'll Do:

• Customer-Focused Excellence: Be the face of our service department, assisting customers with their vehicle needs and ensuring their concerns are met with care and professionalism.
• Parts Expertise: Help customers, sales, and the service shop find the perfect parts and accessories for every make and model.
• Teamwork in Action: Partner with our other department teams to ensure smooth operations and happy customers.
• Problem-Solving: Use your knowledge and creativity to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional solutions.
• Efficiency Champion: Manage schedules, explain services, and keep customers informed every step of the way.
